Protein YopD, pYV0054.
Gastroenteritis which has been identified as caused by Yersinia Enterocolitica has been discovered by virulent isolates of the bacteria. During infection, pores are being formed in the presence of adapter protein Yersiniosis. YopB's Interaction with the target membrane to form pores enables the entrance of YopE effectors to the cytoplasmic space of the host’s cell.
Recombinant Yersinia Enterocolitica (O:9) YopB produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 43kDa.
Y.Enterocolitica (O:9) YopB is expressed with a -10x His tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
