Introduction

Suppressor of fused homolog (SUFU) is a member of the SUFU family. SUFU is a negative regulator of the hedgehog signaling pathway. SUFU interacts with GLI1, GLI3 and PEX26. Defects in the SUFU gene are a cause of medulloblastoma.

Description

SUFU Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 504 amino acids (1-484 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 56.1kDa.
SUFU is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Source

Escherichia Coli.
