SCP2 sterol-binding domain containing 1 also known as SCP2D1 contains 1 SCP2
domain. One of the diseases associated with SCP2D1 is d-bifunctional protein
deficiency.
Description
SCP2D1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single,
non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 179 amino acids (1-156 a.a) and
having a molecular mass of 20.1kDa.
SCP2D1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus
& purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
SCP2D1 protein solution (0.25mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 20%
glycerol and 1mM DTT.
