Introduction
Caused by one of four closely related virus serotypes of the genus Flavivirus, family Flaviviridae, each serotype is sufficiently different that there is no cross-protection and epidemics caused by multiple serotypes (hyperendemicity) can occur. In cell culture experiments and mice Morpholino antisense oligos have shown specific activity against Dengue virus.
Description
Den-041 is an antigen used for dengue antibody rapid test. This antigen is genetically developed from 4 dengue subtypes. This antigen can be recognized by most of the dengue antibodies from infected patients. Dengue Antigen for Rapid Test has over 90% sensitivity and specificity over 90% to detect both dengue IgM and IgG.
Den-043 (epi-13) is also included as the free sample for your test, conjugate both den-041 & den-043 at 16µg/ml colloid gold, the conjugation pH is 6.5 to 7.5. After finishing the conjugation, use 60-70% den-041 & 30-40% den-043 for the test.
