Description

Recombinant Human Cardiac Troponin C-I-T complex produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain having the Molar ratio on cTnC to cTnI to cTnT of  1:1:1. Mw is approximately 90kDa.
The Cardiac Troponin C-I-T complex is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques

Formulation

Human Cardiac Troponin C-I-T  complex solution contains 500 mM NaCl, 20mM Tris-HCl, 4mM CaCl2, 4mM MgCl2and 60 mM B-mercaptoethanol, pH 7.5.

 

Stability

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Purity

Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
