Introduction
Ribosomal Protein L5, also known as RPL5 is a part of the ribosomal protein L18P family. RPL5 which binds 5S RNA is necessary for rRNA maturation and structure of the 60S ribosomal subunits.
Description
RPL5 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 320 amino acids (1-297 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 36.8kDa.
RPL5 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
RPL5 protein solution (0.25mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT.
