Introduction

GDA is a member of the ATZ/TRZ family and is in charge for the hydrolytic deamination of guanine. GDA takes part in microtubule assembly. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for GDA.

Description

GDA Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 477 amino acids (1-454) and having a molecular mass of 53kDa.
GDA is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Source

Escherichia Coli.
