Introduction

Fibroblast Growth Factor 14 (FGF14) belongs to the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. FGF family members have broad mitogenic and cell survival activities, and are involved in a various biological processes, including embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth and invasion. FGF14 gene mutation is linked with autosomal dominant cerebral ataxia.

Description

FGF14 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 271 amino acids (1-247 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 30kDa.
FGF14 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
