Introduction

Diphthamide Biosynthesis 3 Pseudogene 1 also known as DPH3P1 may stand for a processed pseudogene of DPH3 since it lacks the exon/intron structure found in the functional gene. Yet, DPH3P1 does contain an intact open reading frame, though its translation has not been established.

Description

DPH3P1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 101 amino acids (1-78 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 11.1kDa.
DPH3P1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
