Introduction

ANKRD1 takes part in endothelial cell activation and performs as a nuclear transcription factor which negatively controls the expression of cardiac genes.

Description

ANKRD1 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 342 amino acids (1-319) and having a molecular mass of 38.6 kDa.
ANKRD1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Source

E.coli.
