Introduction
RABIF is a guanine-nucleotide-releasing protein is involved in vesicular transport. RABIF stimulates GTP-GDP exchange in Sec4 and Rab and binds to a subset of genetically related Rab proteins.
Description
RABIF Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 143 amino acids (1-123 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 16kDa.
RABIF is fused to a 20 amino acid His Tag at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
