Protein Phosphatase 1, Regulatory Subunit 2 (PPP1R2) is an inhibitor of protein-phosphatase 1 which forms heterodimer with PP1. PPP1R2 is a part of the protein phosphatase inhibitor 2 family.
Description
PPP1R2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 189 amino acids (1-166 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 21kDa.
PPP1R2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
PPP1R2 protein solution (0. 25mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 30% glycerol, 0.15M NaCl and 1mM DTT.
