kinases an integration point for multiple biochemical signals which take part in
a various cellular processes. MAPK8 is a protein coding
gene which is also involved in UV radiation induced apoptosis that is associated
to cytochrom c-mediated cell death pathway.
Description
MAPK8 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 450 amino acids (1-427a.a) and having a molecular mass of 50.5kDa.
MAPK8 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

MAPK8 solution (0.5mg/ml) contains Phosphate Buffer Saline (pH7.4), 20% glycerol and 1mM DTT.
Stability
