Description

LRG1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 335 amino acids (36-347) and having a molecular mass of 36 kDa.LRG1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

    LRG1 belongs to the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family of proteins, which have been shown to be involved in protein-protein interaction, signal transduction, cell adhesion and development. The LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation.
