Introduction
CDHR5, also referred to ascadherin-related family member 5, is a calcium-dependent cell adhesion protein. CDHR5 is located in coated pits, and is expressed during lung and kidney developmentat at the lateral and basal surfaces of epithelia.
Description
CDHR5 Mouse Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 621 amino acids (29-641 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 66.3kDa.
CDHR5 is fused to an 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

The CDHR5 solution (0.25mg/1ml) contains Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) and 10% glycerol.
Stability
