Description
ASB8 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 311 amino acids (1-288) and having a molecular mass of 34.0kDa.
ASB8 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The ASB8 solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
