Introduction
Nucleosome core proteins are a group of proteins which are necessary for DNA packaging in eukaryotes. Every core contains an octamer with 2 copies of each histone 2A, 2B, 3 and 4 around which an approx. 140 bp section of DNA is wound twice.

Nucleosome Bovine shows multiple bands between 14-18kDa and is purified from bovine tissues by proprietary protein-chemical techniques.

Formulation
Nucleosome Bovine is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.5, 500mM NaCl, 1mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
