Introduction
D-lactate dehydrogenase or ldhA is an enzyme, part of the D-lactate dehydrogenase protein family. IDHA is a cytochrome that enhances the catalyzation of D-lactate dehydrogenase ldhA reaction. This enzyme has 2 substrates ((D) -lactate & ferricytochrome c), thus, it has 2 end products (pyruvate & ferrocytochrome c).
Description
LDHA E.Coli Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 353 amino acids (1-329) and having a molecular mass of 39.1 kDa.
LDHA E.Coli is fused to a 24 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
LDHA E.Coli protein (1mg/ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), containing 100mM NaCland 10% glycerol.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
