Tyrosinase is a copper-containing metalloglycoprotein that catalyzes several steps in the melanin pigment biosynthetic pathway. Tyrosinase and melan A are the most commonly expressed melanoma markers and are found in approximately 80 to 100 per cent of cases.
Tyrosinase Human Recombinant encoding 1-345 amino acids expressed in E.coli. The Tyrosinase is expressed with 6xHis tag and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Tyrosinase protein at 0.1mg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.
Store vial at -20ºC to -80ºC. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
