Introduction:
Topo-II Beta plays important roles in synthesis and transcription of DNA as well as chromosomal segregation during mitosis. It is present ubiquitously in normal cells and is upregulated in tumors and proliferating cells. Topo IIBeta is also implicated in drug resistance of tumor cells.

Description:
Topo-IIβ Human Recombinant encoding C-Terminal 300 amino acids expressed in E.coli.The Topo-IIβ is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile filtered liquid.

Formulation:
Topo-II beta protein at 100µg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.

Stability:
Store vial at -20ºC to -80ºC. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.
