Introduction
STK17A belongs to the DAP
kinase-associated apoptosis-inducing protein kinase family and encodes an
autophosphorylated nuclear protein with a protein kinase domain. STK17A acts as
a positive regulator of apoptosis. STK17A is greatly expressed in the placenta
with lower levels in the heart, lung, skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas.
Description
STK17A Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single,
non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 281 amino acids (64-321 a.a) and
having a molecular mass of 31.9kDa.STK17A is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus
& purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
STK17A protein solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl
buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.4M Urea.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
