Introduction
|
RAB27B is a member of the RAB family and is an important regulator of vesicular transport. RAB27B is expressed in pituitary tissue, but is more extensively expressed in brain and spleen. RAB27B may be functionally redundant to Rab27a, as it can salvage Rab27a mutants.

Description
|
RAB27B Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 238 amino acids (1-218 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.7kDa. The RAB27B is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

The RAB27B solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) , 0.1M Nacl, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.

Stability
|
RAB27B although stable 4°C for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
