The E.Coli derived recombinant Plasmodium falciparum contains the Plasmodium falciparum HSP70 protein epitopes 33-114 amino acids.

Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.

Formulation
|
150mM Imidazole, pH 8.0, 150mM NaCl,
150mM Sodium Phosphate and 50% glycerol.

Storage
|
PfHSP70 although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.

Applications
|
Use as an antigen in ELISA and Western Blots.
