ProSpec’s monoclonal antibodies are produced in hybridoma cell lines derived from the fusion of myeloma cells and antibody-producing B-lymphocytes. We guarantee two positive clones for monoclonal antibodies developed in mouse. For any protein antigen (at least 2.5mg provided by the requestor, > 80% purity in SDS-PAGE) we guarantee two positive clones or more with positive ELISA results. Our prices are on a setup fee basis.

Follow Ups:
1. The above prices are for the production of antibodies using antigens provided by the requestor. However, we also provide a custom protein service at an extra charge, if requested.
2. There is a non-refundablesetup charge of $500 prior to the custom monoclonal antibody production. The setup charge is included in the above prices.
3. ELISA screening is also performed in (250ng/well) ELISA (general selection standard: OD value ≤ 1.0).
4. Western Blot for screening is performed using standard cell or tissue lysates. However, if a specific cell lysates is requested, and we do not have it, the client should provide it.
