Mouse Anti Human Monoclonal
Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 19 (CCL19) is a small cytokinebelonging to the CC chemokinefamily that is also known as EBI1 ligand chemokine (ELC) and macrophage inflammatory protein-3-beta (MIP-3-beta). CCL19 is expressed abundantly in thymusand lymph nodes, with moderate levels in tracheaand colonand low levels in stomach, small intestine, lung, kidneyand spleen. The gene for CCL19 is located on human chromosome 9. This chemokine elicits its effects on its target cells by binding to the chemokine receptor chemokine receptorCCR7. It attracts certain cells of the immune system, including dendritic cellsand antigen-engaged B cells.

1mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).
Antibody is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature.
In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4oC in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20oC.
Reconstitute with sterile H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4oC.
Direct ELISA, Western Blot, Immuneprecipitation.
By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.5 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).
