IL2-Ra is one of the three constituent subunits of the IL2 receptor. IL-2Ra is released into the serum after increased cellular expression such as increased activation of B and T cells. Clinical manifestations of IL2-Ra elevation include autoimmune conditions and some leukemias and lymphomas.
Interleukin-2R Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 192 amino acids (223-798) corresponding to the mature IL2-R protein with an amino terminal hexahistidine tag. The IL-2R is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

IL-2R His-Tag protein is supplied in 1x PBS and 50% glycerol pH 7.4.
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
Greater than 95.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
