How To Order

Searching a product of interest:

1. Quick Search: Enter the protein's name in the box and press GO.
   
   
2. Advance search: Choose category group and specific subcategory group, if you can not find the specific category group which your protein belongs to, choose OTHER. The enter protein's name and press GO, the advance search option will help you narrow-down the search results to the exact molecule of interest and exclude other proteins.
   
   
3. Alphabetical order: Click the 1^st letter which the molecule begins with using our A-Z icon ladder.
   
   
4. Popular products: Ease your search by browsing our popular product list, 1 click will take you directly to the product list.
   
   
5. Products: Once you place the mouse button on the products icon the categories will open, choose category of interest, the subcategories will appear in a new window, once you click the subcategory you can find the desired protein.

1. After you have chosen your molecule’s size/price, press BUY icon, the shipping price will be automatically presented to you once you enter your country of origin.
2. Under Payment Method select the icon Purchase order
3. Press the icon Order Now.

If you desire to ship the parcel with your courirer account (UPS, TNT, DHL, FED-EX), please state the courier type and account number on purchase order.

Note: There is an additonal $20 handling fee for products shipped with blue ice & styrofoam box.

1. After choosing the protein size, press BUY icon, select delivery country & press calculate icon.
2. Under payment method select Credit Card.
3. Press the icon Order Now.
4. If you have ordered previously, simply enter your email and password, your delivery address and customer information are already saved in our system, all you have to do is press send icon at the bottom page.
5. If you are a new customer, simply fill in the customer information and delivery information and press send icon at bottom page.
6. Customers from U.S.A and Western Europe have special shipping option, Fed-Ex NextDay delivery service.
