Introduction

EIF5A is the single protein identified to contain remarkable amino acid formed by the action of deoxyhypusine synthase and deoxyhypusine hydroxylase using spermidine as the substrate. Description

EIF5A produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 154 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 16.8 kDa. EIF5A is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Stability
