Introduction:
CD3 has four peptide chains (gamma, delta, epsilon and zeta) that form CD3. Defects in CD3 are associated with T cell immunodeficiency CD3 complex mediates signal transduction.

Purification Method:
Ion exchange column

Protein concentration:
1mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution)

Storage Procedures:
Lyophilized: store at 4^oC. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20^oC.

Reconstitution:
Reconstitute with of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

Stability / Shelf Life:
Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4^oC.

Antibody Properties:
Cytotoxic and staining antibody. For staining, use 10 µl/10⁶ cells. Titer for cytotoxicity should be determined by the investigator

Available Conjugates:
This antibody is also available conjugated to biotin and FITC.
