CD-2 interacts with lymphocyte function-associated antigen (lfa-3) and cd48/bcm1 to mediate adhesion between t-cells and other cell types. CD2 is implicated in the triggering of t- cells, the cytoplasmic domain is implicated in the signaling function.

Lyophilized: store at 4oC. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20oC.
Reconstitute with of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4oC.
Blocking and staining antibody. For staining, use 10µl/106 cells. Titer for blocking/activating T cells should be determined by the investigator.
