Introduction ALK/p80 is a human p80 protein, identified as a hybrid of the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene and the nucleophosmin (NPM) gene resulting from the t(2;5)(p23;q35) translocation found in a third of large cell lymphomas.
Description ALK/P80 Human Recombinant (aa 426-528) expressed in E.coli, shows a 37 kDa band on SDS-PAGE(including GST tag).
The ALK/P80 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Source Escherichia Coli.
Physical Appearance Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Formulation ALK/P80 protein in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.
Stability Store vial at -20°C to -80°C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.
